Unless otherwise stated, our tariffs for 2013 are based on two people sharing and include full cooked breakfast. Room rates depend on time of year and number of nights booked.
Occasionally, we have a single night availability on Saturday, but the usual minimum stay at weekends is two nights.

| Mid Season: | 1st March to 30th April, excluding Easter weekend.

| Low Season: | 1st November - end of February, excluding public holidays. |
Cancellation:
For bookings of three or fewer nights, if a cancellation is made two clear days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later and we cannot re-let the room, or in the case of a no-show, the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
